Current 2 BHK cards in the complex run from about 624 sq ft (Aashirvaad, Block A) to 1,350 sq ft (Balaji Apartment PPT, Block C). Royal and Shri Ram in Block C list around 1,200 sq ft. Several Block A floors sit near 950 sq ft.

Size on the ad is often built-up. Step both bedrooms. A 624 sq ft 2 BHK with two baths can feel smaller than a 550 sq ft 1 BHK.
Named buildings change the flat more than the block letter. In Block C, ask for Ekta, Shri Ram, Royal, Deepika, or Balaji apartments before you shortlist. A card that only says “Block C” is incomplete.
Pros on older versions of this page said 2 bathrooms as if they were standard. They are common. They are not guaranteed.

Saket Metro is 0.8 to 1.5 km, a 7 to 15 minute walk by block. With a child and groceries, budget the e-rickshaw, not the walk.
