Because we never handle your money, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are processed at the platform level.
Transactions Happen Outside the Platform
Any financial dealing — whether it’s paying rent, giving a security deposit, or settling brokerage — takes place directly between you (the tenant), the property owner/landlord, or the independent agent.
These transactions are governed only by the mutual agreement between the parties involved. ApnaParyavaran.in has no role, visibility, or control over such deals.
We are not responsible for any issues such as:
- Refund disputes
- Payment delays or defaults
- Cancellations after agreement
- Non-delivery of services
- Any financial loss
No Liability for Financial Loss
ApnaParyavaran.in shall not be held liable for any monetary loss, fraud, scam, or misrepresentation that may occur during direct transactions between users.
We strongly advise every tenant and landlord to:
- Meet in person
- Verify documents
- Perform proper due diligence
- Use a registered rent agreement

Platform Fees (If Introduced in Future)
Right now we do not charge any platform fees. If in the future we introduce any paid services (such as premium listings or featured properties), those services will have separate, clearly mentioned terms before any payment is taken.
Until such terms are published, no refund or cancellation policy will apply to the platform.
